Dr Daniel Rolnik

Dr Rolnik completed his Obstetrics and Gynaecology training at the University of São Paulo in Brazil. He then went on to work with Professor Kypros Nicolaides and obtained the Diploma in Fetal Medicine and a PhD at the Fetal Medicine Foundation in London. Dr Rolnik coordinated the ASPRE trial, a randomised trial investigating the role of low dose aspirin in preventing pre-eclampsia in the context of a large first trimester screening program utilising a first trimester multimarker predictive algorithm for pre-eclampsia individual risk calculation. He is currently a sonologist and a consultant in Obstetrics at Monash Health, in Melbourne.
